We collect only the information we need to answer your enquiry, quote for work, deliver our services and run the business.

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the quote form or tell us by phone or email.
• Service details: the property address where work is carried out, access instructions, notes about pets, plants or delicate items, and photos taken before and after a job.
• Payment records: invoices, amounts paid and the payment method used. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on this website.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit.

How we use your information

We use personal information for these purposes:

• To reply to enquiries, arrange walkthroughs and prepare written quotes.
• To schedule, carry out and follow up on garden and cleaning visits.

Keys and access codes

If you give us keys or access codes, they are labelled with an internal reference rather than your name or address, stored securely and returned or destroyed when our service ends.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Client records, quotes and invoices are kept for as long as you use our services and for the period required by tax and accounting rules afterwards. Before and after photos are deleted within 12 months of the job unless you ask us to keep them.

How we protect it

We use password-protected systems, limited staff access, secure connections (HTTPS) on this website and regular software updates. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:
