Room by room
Each visit follows the checklist for your space. You can add or remove tasks at any time by telling your coordinator.
Types of clean
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly
Keeps a tidy home or office at the same standard. The same cleaner or team where possible, following your checklist.
Best for: Busy households, small offices, rental apartments between longer stays.
One time or each season
Reaches the places a regular clean leaves alone: inside appliances, behind furniture, high ledges, grout and upholstery.
Best for: Before a regular plan starts, after renovation, before guests or festivals.
Empty property
A full clean of an empty home so it is ready to hand back or move into, including cupboards, fittings and windows.
Best for: Tenants, landlords and owners changing occupants.
Equipment and products
Stone, timber, glass, lacquer and stainless steel all need different handling. Our crews carry colour-coded microfibre, HEPA-filter vacuums, pH-neutral floor cleaners and separate cloths for kitchens and bathrooms so nothing is cross-contaminated.

Before we arrive

Put away papers, jewellery and valuables so the crew can reach every surface.

Mention antiques, unsealed stone or anything that needs a light touch.

Keep pets in a separate room and leave keys or access codes as agreed.

Check the finished rooms together. Anything missed is fixed before we go.
