A gardening and cleaning company built around one idea: careful, unhurried work that leaves a space calmer than we found it.
PruneZen began with a simple frustration. Gardeners who turned up when they felt like it, cleaners who rushed through a checklist, and quotes that changed once the work began. Families and office managers were spending more time chasing their contractors than enjoying their spaces.
So we built the company we wanted to hire. Gardening and cleaning sit under one roof because the same habits make both work well: turning up on time, knowing exactly what the job includes, using the right tools, and checking the result before leaving. Our crews are trained in both the craft and the routine around it.
Today we look after private gardens, apartment terraces, shared courtyards, homes of every size and small to mid-sized workplaces. Some clients call us once a year for a big reset; many have kept the same crew lead for every visit since they first booked.
Every crew member learns the same visit routine: arrive in the window, confirm the checklist, work quietly, check together, leave nothing behind.
What we stand for
We prune for the plant's health, not just its shape, and clean surfaces with methods that protect the finish.
Every price is written down with the tasks it covers. No surprises when the job is done.
Visits run to an agreed window. If anything changes, you hear from your coordinator before the crew is late.
We favour low-odour, low-residue cleaning products and pet-aware garden treatments wherever they do the job.

Nobody joins a PruneZen crew straight onto a client job. New team members shadow an experienced lead, learn our checklists and practise with the equipment before they work on their own.
